Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul Hotel

This hotel is a luxurious gem. the exclusive amenities made my stay unforgettable. the Spa Lounge and Turkish bath were exceptional, and the full-body massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. the beautiful garden area provided a tranquil retreat. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas offered a wide range of dining options. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff meeting my every need. the hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions.

Though the hotel was exceptional, my only minor issue was the slow check-in process. Despite this, the staff was courteous and professional, making the wait bearable with delightful refreshments in the leisure/TV room.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a modern swimming pool and a restaurant with high-quality food and drinks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing superb service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a convenient location with easy access to transportation and amenities.

Cozy hotel, elegant and immaculate rooms. The staff were responsive and breakfast was savoury. I loved having central heating, a safe box and a mini-fridge-bar. Nice interior, great restaurant.

Loved to be here, the hotel was reasonably clean and upscale, the location was ideal near the tourist areas of the city.

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and we were impressed with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage services. the treatments were rejuvenating and left us feeling refreshed. the garden area was also a great place to relax after a busy day. We appreciated the location being close to the metro.

Having in-room breakfast was also confusing as our package included it but we were told conflicting information.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and modern, with well-maintained furniture. The staff were great, being helpful and always with a smile. The housekeeping was excellent and the hotel's location in a high-class area was perfect. I loved that there were two malls within walking distance and a metro station nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The spa was a great bonus, offering free access with a steam room and an ice room.

Questionable room design, with a clear bathroom door that illuminates the whole room when the lights are turned on. Uncomfortable and heavy TV remote control.

I had an urgent problem that prevented me from arriving on the first day of my reservation, but the hotel staff was helpful and modified my reservation to accommodate me. The rooms were cozy and well-decorated with modern furniture in excellent condition. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, shopping malls, and restaurants. The staff, from receptionists to security and cleaning personnel, were always friendly and cute. I had a great experience and would definitely return to this hotel.

The service at Hyatt Centric was excellent. I encountered a problem with the bedside lamp and the staff took immediate action to fix it. They were attentive and were great too ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and prompt assistance.

The staff provides excellent service, greeting guests with a smile and going above and beyond to fulfill their requests. The concierge is helpful in planning transportation and making reservations.

While the hotel itself offers great amenities, it lacks a shuttle service to the airport or city center.

This hotel is conveniently located in the modern business part of the city, close to different malls. Guests mentioned easy access to the Levent Metro Station and rapid transfers to Taksim. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with quick and complete room service. The staff is described as friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers a complete spa and a romantic indoor swimming pool.

Some guests mentioned that the Turkish coffee and croissants at breakfast didn't taste good.
